Plumbing application forms where applicable; Form 1, 2a & 2b (please fully complete all three) Plumbers details must be included.
IDAS Application Forms and Checklists Part E froms are required for building work assessable against the planning scheme.
Application for Search Form can be used for Town Planning Certificates, Building Records and Rates & Requisitions search.
